The voice of God,
out of the burning, living flames
blessing the leader
empowering him, an assurance
God will be with him
So it was, with the living flames
falling on the faltering
Like Moses, doubting disciples
their power, authority
By the flames given voice
to lead the people
out of bondage,
into a promised land
