His sacrifice, his life given
so that we would have eternal riches
life with our father, our God
walking as Adam walked
face to face with our creator
God’s offering, the sin sacrifice
the pure unblemished lamb
offered on the altar of the cross
forgiving all our wrongs
trading death for eternal riches
