His Sacrifice

His sacrifice complete
knowing what was to come
coming down to earth
going the way of the cross

His sacrifice unfathomable
choosing to die for us
living humbly as a servant
taking on our stain

Turning his life over
paying the ultimate price
sacrificing himself on the cross
that we would see paradise
