Cut us open Lord
open us to Your Spirit
like fresh summer fruit
ready in Your season

Cut us wide open
Speak to us Lord
Speak to us with passion
the glory of Your Word.

Like a melon ripe
sweet with its nectar
shower us with love
in the richness of Your blessing.
