The Message of God

The good news of Christ
the gospel of salvation
the message of God
washing over us
come down from heaven
to walk on the earth
light into the darkness
offering new life
Hear and believe
change your ways
the Message of God
the Word come alive
the light, Christ her with us
guiding us home
our shepherd, our brother
showing the way
the gate of the cross
humble, with us,
a servant, the lamb
submissive to God
