in our moments of anguish
our trials, our struggles
we must remember
that we are the same people
we have been guided
our time in the desert
provided for by God
all that we need
led through the waters
save by his protection
the hand of God leading
his Spirit still guiding
if we will remember
God’s love, his provision
all of us saved
by the grace of our Lord
