Pliable to Your Molding – v2

Oh that I may be, always, ever,
submissive to your touch
giving to your fingers, your changing
pliable to your molding,
your desires, your will, your calling Lord
that my life, my being, my work
would be for you and you only
that I would be ready, ever pliable
ever new clay, sitting moist
on the Potter’s wheel
that I would be a servant of God
doing, going, being what I am called for
a heart of pliable clay
for your will alone

Pliable to Your Molding
“Creator, Sustainer, Almighty God, you who are the giver
of all wisdom. Enable us to set aside the world to worship
you in your temple. We pray that you would give us eyes to
see your presences in all things around us, ears to hear
your still small voice, and a heart that is pliable to your
molding so that we may worship you in Spirit and in truth.
It is is the name of the babe in the manger so long ago, our
Lord Jesus Christ, that we pray. Amen.”

Galatians 4:4-7
