Express Scripts epic fail

Our 13 year old daughter needs Medtronic insulin pump infusion sets and reservoirs. We need them shipped overnight immediately. Please pray Express Scripts will do so.

Update:
still no shipment as of 12/26/13 at 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Update - 12/26/13 16:37pm
The infusion sets still show as not shipped - RX 133534640517. The Reservoirs show on your system both that they are being shipped to Patten, ME and that they were delivered to Manchester, NH. The insulin seems to have arrived in full but was left outside in the cold. The lancets and test strips each came with 300 units or one month's supply (not 3 months) and indicated that there was no refills.

update 12/27/13
expected ship date pushed back to 12/31/13

update - 12/27/13 12:45pm

update 12/28/13 7:58am.
They did call me yesterday but I missed the call. They told KVHC that they had 2 boxes of sets but were waiting for 3 more so they could ship all at once. They expected them today and would ship today. I go online today and the real expected ship date is 1/2/2014. How is it acceptable (1) to hold lifesaving prescriptions for administrative efficiency? and (2) to continue blowing smoke to defer the righteous outrage of all who have come in contact with this company (check out the comments on twitter under @ExpressScripts)?

update 12/28/13 11:00am
After talking with 3 staff, they cannot even reach a pharmacist through the backdoor number they have and cannot tell me if anything shipped or not.

update 12/30/13 10:30am
They told Dr. office that still waiting for 3 boxes before shipping. But I received email that hasn't been followed up on by them that 2 boxes in fact shipped on Friday (something they could not tell me during 1.5 hours call on Saturday morning). No tracking number, no call back in over 1 hour.

update 1/3/2014 - The last of the order originally placed with the Dr.'s office on 11/26/2013 and with Express Scripts formally on 12/19 (with a request to expedite), arrived today.
