a document of meaning

a document of meaning
a thread of experience
a tapestry growing
in luminescence, in life;
a shimmering fabric of meaning
life in the stitching, the pulling
of the colored fibers
in the image revealing
the living face of Christ;
each of us called
each of us a shard
a living filament
in the fabric growing
in the body of the church
a fabric of living meaning
coming, bursting into life
