such words I have never
heard
these new words of Christ
shared with us in the
open
here on the mountain
words so different than
what we have been taught
sitting at His feet, with
them,
His follows, His
disciples.
staring with the others
all of us with mouths wide
open
not believing completely
but knowing these new
words were
important, changing our
lives;
a new way of
understanding blessedness
hearing these new words
of life
spoken by Christ for us.
