Changing the ancient words - 3

For over a thousand years
the same words each time, each year;
The ritual of the Haggadah
the Passover Seder.

Christ changed the ancient words
these words of remembrance;
A new covenant with them
through His body and His blood.

These words of the Christ
our Risen Messiah remembered;
Two thousand years later
a blessing upon all of us.
