I often dream, daydream,
imagining the Garden
the world forming, from
nothingness
the heavens, the waters
tamed
The garden, a home for the
animals
for Adam, for Eve
dominion given, stewards
of this good earth
Lush, verdant, green
balanced, ordered,
God’s own creation
God’s plan for eternity
Walking, communing with the
Creator
lingering, unburdened,
walking
How I wish we all could
that we all would live in
that garden
