Lush Meadows – v2

God calls me to rest
to be at peace within Him, centered
stilling myself by the waters
untrammeled by the wind
lingering, with Him
in green pastures, resting
in lush meadows, in Your grace
with You, oh Lord, my God

For this I sing Your praises
proclaiming Christ, the Good News
with Him I travel each day
walking protected
by my Shepherd
anointed for His purpose
following my Savior
in Him do I rest.

Prayer of Dedication:
“Abundant God, we thank you for the jars of our lives
that are constantly being filled. We offer our gifts to you,
that others may know of your abundance and grace.
Fill the hungry with good things. Lift up the oppressed.
Watch over the stranger and comfort the lonely.
Through our gifts, may we do likewise.
In the name of Christ the Comforter, we pray. Amen”
