We must not be timid, afraid
We must be confident, the Spirit within us
Our light shining, God’s light within us
shining brightly for the whole world
Stepping
out, onto the waters
into
the desert, the wilderness places
Our lives must be an example, Christ’s love abiding
shining through us, to light the world
Going into the world
to cast light into the darkness
to tell of Christ’s saving
of God’s love for all
