The words of the scripture
no time to waste
Quickly, at once
the motion repeating
without any delay
the urgency of this message
the coming of Christ
His work important
no time to waste
the sense of urgency
of the message’s importance
now handed down to us
the work of the ages
sharing Christ message of
love
The words explosive, seemingly
as if
today were the only day to
share, to do,
to offer God’s grace
to so many
who do not believe
needing to hurry
that all would know Christ
The incredible gift, grace
an urgent message
a gift to be opened
in the fulfillment of
scripture
we are to go,
to leave everything
and come to Jesus
Quickly, at once
the words of the scripture
the motion repeating
without any delay
the message of Jesus
coming today
