Bleeding, unclean,
reaching up to Jesus
from the darkness, the mob,
on my knees in the dust
Bleeding, unclean
dead to the others
an open wound weeping
needing to touch him
to be with my Jesus
Kneeling before Him
my life poured out, weeping,
my pain at the cross
at the sacrifice of Jesus
