In ending this season
this time in ministry
handing the baton off
to some unnamed others
to ones close by
to continue the work
what they had started
serving together
in this time of God’s
calling
here in this place
We all are the others
those who have been appointed
named and unnamed
gifted for the work, the
challenge,
each one based on our
calling
to serve where God plants us
sure of His wisdom
that all will be right,
perfect,
all part of God’s plan for
creation
in His time alone
