What a revelation, those first moments
discovery of the behaviors of children,
of disobedience, and passing the blame,
in that first story of the first children,
the first father, the creator of all
Adam and Eve, disobeying the one rule
and Adam blaming her, and she the snake
How often have parents discovered,
heard the same tale, over and over again

ReplyDeleteMY BROTHER
My Brother
as you are
I am half-dead
Blind in one eye I can`t see out of the other
I must not hate my brother
but how can i love you
as you are
beating me on my face
leaving no trace of love
as you erase me
as you are
smiling death heads grin
enjoying your power
life over life
life over death
leather gloves tatooeing
hurting
beating
gloating
enjoying.......these words
should never be linked to fighting
what a monster
MY BROTHER
