The Glow of Christ

The glow of Christ shining
in every believer
just as he shown on the mountaintop
illumined by the love,
the presence of God
shining within each beating heart

God’s spirit living
within each one of us
going with us on our way
leading us to follow
the teachings of Christ
to be his example in the world

Christ shining within you and me
each of us to do our part
teaching the world
the lessons of his life
the love of God, forgiveness,
his grace saving us
