Nothing We Carry

Needing to be mindful
as we walk this mortal coil
the burdens we carry
nothing as the Lord

Nothing we carry
can compare with him
the cross of Jesus
all of human sin

Needing to remember
what Christ did for us
strength for our daily struggle
in the grace he gave to us
