The measure that matters
the plumb line of judgment
at the end of our days
righteous in the eyes of God
in conforming to the law
in following the way of the servant
in going the way of the cross
Our sense of our righteousness
meaningless
conformed to the ways of the earth
walking over our neighbors
leaving them in the dust
Too late for the rich man
but not for any of us
while we live was are able
to change the way of our life
to live as followers of Christ
servants to our neighbors
caring for the least and the lost
