The cautionary tale
Lazarus and the rich man
so different in life
in the causes that they made
surviving on the margin
from the scraps of his table
Living the high life
not caring for anyone else

The way of the world
leading to Sheol
the way of God
to the streets of gold
our choice to make
to follow the scripture
the commands of God
or the false gods of earth
