The God of the Living

Written clearly
from the beginning
I am, God
of the living
in the present tense
ever and always

God speaking
and there was creation
God breathing
and the clay came to life

Restored, redeemed
only by our savior
alive in Christ
in communion with God

We will live
with the saints before us
together we will live
for all eternity
