The Same Attitude

Christ’s purpose
in showing us the way
teaching of the love of God
our neighbors’ load lightened
that we would have
the same attitude as Christ
when they do us wrong
forgiving them of their sin
their transgression
humble in our walk
our path in this life

I thirst
(John 19:28).
It is finished
(John 19:30).
Father, into your hands I commit my spirit
