Preparing the Way - 3

Speaking out clearly
opening their eyes
preparing the way
the way for the Lord

Speaking out with power
letting the Spirit within
guide our every statement
every word we speak

Set apart for a purpose
raised as a nation
each one called to be a blessing
a neighbor to one another

Calling to the wilderness
to stand in the deep waters
to speak out for justice
and to raise up our brothers
our sisters who are hurting
proclaiming our Savior
until he returns
