Thou Shalt

A moment of clarity
in hearing the words
the words of our Savior
before He left this world

The commission of God
the words He was given
the command to us
not a mere suggestion

Thou shalt go,
out into the world
to make disciples and
to baptize in His name

We are the chosen
the priests of this age
each of us gifted
to turn the new page

Our lives in service
to our King
to spread His message
of how He lived

The saving of mankind
by the gift of the cross
doing our part
so none would be lost
