The Very Same Spirit

The same spark, foment
the crucible of injustice
lies to the people
dreams left in the dust
Greed, power
not good
setting peoples apart
are they blind to injustice
or have they merely hardened their hearts

calling on President Obama and the world
to act in the Middle East, especially in Libya and Bahrain,
to stand with the people
yearning to breathe free
and not worrying about the results,
that it is always right to stand for basic human rights
&
on the transformations since the beginning of January -
all the protests in Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Oman,
Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Palestinian Territories, Djibouti, Mauritania, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, etc.
