fire from heaven

setting the world ablaze
afire with God’s love
burning brightly, shining
with the fire of the Spirit
fire from heaven
catch the smoldering embers
light my candle, shining
in this darkness, night
lead me to share
to offer the light within me
giving light to shadows
moving in the body
the Spirit within me
Christ by my side
focused on my Master
the risen Lord and Savior
the Son of the living God
