It is time

Maybe words on a page
nothing like in person
the simple words, it is time,
echoing through the ages
It is time to stand with Jesus
it is time to answer our call
leaving the nets, the boats
by the shoreline behind us
not looking back
not regretting we following
trusting completely in God
just as the widow did
leaving her two small coins
trusting God for all else
like the fishermen did
following our Savior, the Christ
