by grace you have been saved – v2

by our words, our actions
by our life we have been damned
denying our Lord, our Master
cursing the great I Am.

by grace you have been saved
the intercession of the Christ
seeking forgiveness for our sin
taking our death for us

Only by his sacrifice
by the Lamb, our Savior
giving his life for ours
redeeming us by grace

Only by God’s gift
restoring to life
the Lamb, the Savior
bringing us from the pit
raising us up from death
