Jesus often met there

The garden, Gethsemane
soon to be a forbidden place
where Jesus often gathered
now a place of betrayal
where Judas would find him
on that fateful night
fulfilling the telling
the path long foretold
the place where he often met
become a place of intrigue
the climactic moment
where evil gripped the Christ
