So we would believe

Christ appearing not for himself
he could have gone to the Father
coming into the locked room
letting us touch him
so we would believe
even through our fear
unable to read the signs
yet wanting to be with him
joy in his presence
hope evermore
Christ came to us
that we would be restored.
