Bleeding, unclean

Bleeding, unclean
reaching up to Jesus
from the darkness, the mob
on my knees in the dust
Bleeding, unclean
dead to the others
an open wound weeping
needing to touch him
to be with my Jesus
kneeling before him
my life poured out, weeping
my pain at the cross
