I pray for my country

in this critical hour
each day, each year
praying for leaders
who will draw you near

I pray for unity
for a comity in discourse
I seek to be guided
by your spirit, oh Lord

I pray for the leaders
for those who feel a sense of call
yet I pray to my Savior
for he is my All in All.
