A God too close for comfort – v4

A God too close for comfort
alive, washing our feet
kneeling before us as a servant
beyond my comprehension
dying on the cross

buried in the grave
His life poured out
as was his blood
dying, in the tomb

rising in God’s name
rising to heaven
to a safer distance
seated upon the throne
our Savior in God’s kingdom
