denying the chisel – v5

resisting the master

our marble defiant

denying the chisel

any work of the sculptor

our clay rebelling

leaving the wheel

refusing the potter

God’s touch of love

the hand of teaching

trusting ourselves

denying the chisel

not willing to yield

avoiding the forge

the hammer, the anvil

refusing to bend

to conform to the teaching

going their our way

not submitting to God
