the woman who entered in
washing Christ’s feet
not honoring boundaries
their rules of propriety
unbinding her hair
washing his feet
laid bare before Jesus
exposing herself
to ridicule, derision
but she didn’t care
honoring Jesus
only that important
the rest merely baggage
trying to keep her at bay
