Not to the ends of the earth
those in our daily lives
Here is the fertile soil
the tilled fields
ripe for the planting
hungry soil, rich and good;
Planting, watering in its
season
Flames, of the Spirit
burning brightly in this
place
the field, the vine, the
sheep
ready to bear fruit, to be
gathered
to be part of God’s harvest

pray that your Spirit of illumination would fall upon us
gathered here today so that we may hear your still small
