Nothing like
fire, flames,
to prove God’s
promise, fulfilled
the coming of
the Spirit
while they all
yet lived
Christ’s words
alive
not merely a
dove
the flames of
Pentecost
sent from heaven
above
Landing on each
believer
given the power
to share
speaking in
words of love
that all the
world may hear
Christ’s hands
and feet
His voice here
below
going as the
Spirit leads
living witnesses
of God’s love for us
