Is balance righteous
to be Mary and Martha
if Christ named the better part
sitting at His feet.
Yes, we have responsibilities
things we must do
each day, in our lives;
but the message important
the choice we make
to follow Mary’s example
to sit at Christ’s feet.
A little Martha, a little stressed,
when the choice is
work or worship;
Sit at His feet.
