In our present, being
faithful
trusting in you, almighty
God
Looking back, looking
forward
seeing You there
with our own eyes
In the past, You were with
me
even when I stumbled
when I strayed from You
There in the future
as you promised
to be with us always
to the end of the age
So we walk, assured of
presence,
that You will be here all of
our days
facing the future more
boldly
washing in Your endless
grace.
