Worry is a
weight
a burden I
carry
my mind
reeling
with many
permutations
different
scenarios
reasons for
reaction
a life in the
mind
inside my
head
Worry is a
weight
a tape
looping
familiar response
with many
variations
assuming
motives
within each
action
facial
expressions revealing
that which
words have left hidden
Worry is a
weight
like anger,
a demon,
part of my
struggle
some of it
inherited
needing to
let go
to trust
more fully in God
He is
greater than
all my
worries together
