I was lost but now I am found

I was lost in the world

I was chasing after fortune

position, I thought only of myself

I hurt people who loved me

I walked away from my love of God

but now I am found in my Savior

I am still broken in my flesh

in my journey, this walk;

but I was dead because of sin

lost because of my rebellion

walking away from God

into the abyss

I am saved, now I am found

in the arms of Jesus

saved by His sacrifice

His love that redeems us

I have life in my Savior

in the gift of grace

Christ loves me enough to save me

though I am still broken

the demons still crying

struggling in my flesh

to be released

to walk in your grace
