I have grieved Jesus – v2

I have ignored Him

I have turned away

from the calling of Jesus

pretending not to hear Him

lost on my path

I have ignored Him

the call of my Savior

choosing destruction

years and years wandering

separated from God

I have rejected Him

Jesus, my Savior,

too comfortable in the world

I have turned my back

on the call of Jesus

A willful child

choosing destruction

passive – aggressive

seeking my own path

in the way of the world
