Closing Prayer
Lord, we thank you for this time we have
been able to spend together sharing your Word and this message of hope about
Holy Week. May we slow down to be present. May we walk beside Jesus, with His
first disciples. May we breathe
the smoke of the burning palms, trying to connect with that time.
May we walk barefoot on these stones in David’s city.
May we hear the lash and see His blood spilled so that we will know that this
was not cheap grace. May this fact change us, may we be different. May we go
forth as Easter people, rejoicing in our walk!
Amen!
