The People Shall be Free – v3

The time may be uncertain
but the tide has already turned;
The peoples of those nations
that whole region of the world.

The people shall be free
no matter how long it may take;
The world shifting below them
freedom is on the march.

We must side with them
those who have been crying;
Those who stand in the street
yearning to breathe free.

We must never waiver
the time for expediency is long gone;
History will judge us
by how we stand with them now.
