the thread of God, perfect,
the story which I carry
of God’s provision, with
me,
the journey of my life
when I was thirsty,
hunger,
the places I would
testify
to the presence of Christ
to the times I can say
that I felt God with me
yet
interwoven with my spirit

knowing the Spirit guided
my steps, my walk,
