my never will be

paths left fallow

not taken

beholden to fear

Battles avoided

roads neglected

consumed by anxiety,

seasons of regret

as the years become greater

Dreams unexplored

weights clinging

shackles, chains

worry, debt, history

stumbling blocks surrounding
