When we see the #Sun we see the #Son – v2 #poetry #God #creation

When we see the Sun we see the Son,
the universe, our heavenly Father;
We see the intricacy of creation,
the beauty of God's great plan of love.
 
In the creation stories, in redemption,
reconciliation, we see humanity;
We seek to understand, to explain,
the incomprehensible, the inexplicable,
the unending, infinite love of God.
 
So many religions, so many sects,
denominations, all claiming the answers;
but so much is beyond our ability,
our ken, our experience, our imagination.
 
What is God trying to tell us
In the precision of creation, the atom,
the laws of nature, of science, the human mind;
Why do we need to know every answer;
Why can’t we trust, leave it all to the hand of the Creator?
