#God entered #time - v2

God entered time,

Christ became human, mortal;
The eternal descended,
As a baby, to die on our cross,
To wash us clean of sin.
 
But His body was raised up,
Death could not hold Him;
Christ is now seated on His throne,
Until He comes to raise us,
To take us with Him to heaven.
